One of our manufacturing clients in Ajax, ON is looking for Maintenance Manager for their facility.

Responsibilities
- Supervises, organizes, and assigns tasks to the appropriate shift team members for implementing equipment modifications, as well as conducting preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinates and allocates maintenance resources while offering recommendations for capital investments and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Collaborates with relevant personnel to assess equipment operation and identify maintenance concerns related to Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Evaluates the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the location on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, making suggestions for enhancing facility operations, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and resolving maintenance issues.
- Monitors, analyzes, and enhances the Maintenance department’s KPIs.
- Involves employees in resolving problems to enhance production efficiency.
- Regularly reviews the Maintenance budget and develops the annual budget for each fiscal year.
- Participates in the recruitment process for Maintenance personnel.
- Ensures that Maintenance staff receive comprehensive training in all aspects of their roles, identifying and addressing any training gaps as necessary.
