Waff Logistics Inc – is a fast growing logistics company. We are looking for a person with strong Admin experience (minimum 3-5 years), detailed oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities:
– Perform clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files, answering customer emails
– Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records and files
– Manage the front desk area and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
– Utilize QuickBooks, Google Workspace to manage financial transactions and generate reports
– Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization
– Oversee accounting entries (daily billings to customers) and accuracy.
-Strong problem solving and multi tasking skills
– Supervise office staff and delegate tasks as needed
– Assist with budgeting, financial planning, reporting.
Experience:
– 3 to 5 years -Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
