Position Overview
As a direct report to the Senior Vice President of People and Workplace Experience, the HR Business Partner will hold a pivotal position in crafting the People Strategy and driving Talent Management, organizational development, and business strategy within the specified client groups. This role will play a critical part in providing support to Munich Re’s IT organization and offers a global exposure dimension. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for technology and proven past experience in guiding organizations through transformation and change management efforts.

Prior experience in collaborating with international teams and providing support to global leaders.
