The Senior Director of Customer Success role at Flybits entails diverse responsibilities, including maintaining client relationships, implementing success programs, aiding in sales efforts, onboarding and training clients, all while minimizing churn and maximizing the overall client experience. In this critical role, you will also seek and collect insights on client-business objectives to help shape Flybits’ solutions roadmap, while proactively addressing customer concerns and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding & Engagement: Foster strong client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Business & Performance Reviews: Support and co-lead business reviews with client portfolio.
  • Strategic Roadmap Alignment: Harmonize customer satisfaction, client goals, and product development efforts.
  • Product Enhancement: Provide insights for product improvements based on customer-centric use cases.
  • Exceptional Support: Oversee a highly efficient support system, acting as the point of escalation for customer issues.
  • Best Practices: Develop customer success processes and tools.
  • Sales Collaboration: Support the sales team in proposals, statements of work, and contract negotiations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with various departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Client Development: Facilitate ongoing customer development from project implementation to sustainment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in client management and/or sales.
  • Innovative Thinking: Track record of developing differentiating best practices.
  • Experience advising senior-level executives and skilled in full-cycle stakeholder engagement.
  • Scale-up Experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel periodically and work flexible hours
