About the role:
The Director, Professional Services is responsible for an exciting range of customer-facing services areas including project management, operations (including analytics and revenue forecasting), software services implementation, and customer training and learning.
This position is part of the Customer Services Department, is located in Vancouver BC or Loveland CO, and will be work in a hybrid basis.
In this role, you will:

Lead our professional services teams

Meet with customers to understand their experience and how we can improve

Champion Professional Services process improvement and problem solving

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to optimize team engagement and performance

Define and monitor top KPIs
-
Collaborate with internal departments such as Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support improve our service offerings and the customer experience.
Are you qualified?
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
-
10+ years’ experience in software professional services or support leadership.
-
5+ years’ people management experience.
-
Experience developing leading professional services methodologies, processes, and tools resulting in improved delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.

Track record of developing associates and improving team engagement.
