The Role: Outside Regional Sales Manager Location: Calgary or Edmonton (remote)
Our client is a manufacturer of high-performing and cost effective pumps, mixers, and mixing systems that help organizations cut costs, improve manufacturing times, and increase profitability. They are a proud partnership of three industry-leading brands under one roof.
Our client is looking for an Outside Regional Sales Manager to work remotely from their home office and on the road in Alberta. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new revenue in their territory, selling rotating equipment and pumps to the municipalities, mining and industrial sectors.
Compensation
- Minimum $90k base salary with a range above dependent on experience and interview performance
- Additional, uncapped commissions paid quarterly (total on target first year earnings of $120-$140k+)
- Annual vehicle allowance provided and mileage paid (30-50% travel)

Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of rotating equipment technical sales experience, preferably in centrifugal pumps
- Experience selling into municipalities or mining a plus
- Hunter mentality and proven history of target achievement
- Bachelors degree
- Bonus: Sandler sales process or additional sales training
