A1 Shuttle is on the hunt for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our dynamic team. As the voice behind our brand, you will play an integral role in enhancing our market presence, fostering deeper customer relationships, and ensuring that our clientele stays informed and engaged.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Craft compelling, accurate, and optimized content for our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials. This may include service descriptions, how-to articles, travel guides, and more.
2. Brand Voice Development: Understand and maintain A1 Shuttle’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
3. SEO Optimization: Write SEO-friendly content to improve our search engine ranking, ensuring that potential customers can easily find our services when they’re in need.
4. Engagement & Feedback: Monitor comments and feedback on your content, engaging with our audience to build relationships and gain insights into their needs and preferences.
5. Research & Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, Montreal’s travel scene, and the evolving preferences of our target audience to create timely and relevant content.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to strategize and execute content campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand messaging.
7. Content Updating: Periodically review and update existing content to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and SEO efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
2. At least 2 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
3. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
4. Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
5. Ability to translate complex ideas into accessible content for a diverse audience.
6. Strong research skills, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of all content.
7. Familiarity with the Montreal travel scene is a plus.
