Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk (Yardi Experience Required)

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a leading company based in North York. We are currently hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a 3 Month Contract with chance of extension. This candidate will be required to work in-office and will have hybrid working options. This position will be starting immediately.
Your new role
As an integral part of our finance team, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing financial transactions, all while utilizing Yardi software. Your ability to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial policies will be crucial in maintaining the financial health of our property portfolio.
What you’ll need to succeed
- 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
- YARDI knowledge and experience is essential and is a must have
- Experience with real estate and/or a property firm
- Enthusiastic and motivated
- Committed to coming into office 4 days a week
