What you will do: Engage guests with a friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Serve beverages professionally, adhering strictly to safety and hygiene standards. Become an expert on our diverse menu, assisting guests in making informed choices and recommending the best pairings. Address any concerns gracefully, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and vibrant space, ensuring it aligns with health and safety guidelines at all times. What you offer: A minimum of one year’s experience in either hospitality or customer service. “Serving It Right” certification would be considered an asset. Excellent verbal communication skills. A preference for evening duties, but with availability for some daytime shifts. Ability to pass a criminal background check.
