Job Type: Permanent, full-time We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a global leader in the industry, responsible for the management of substantial client accounts within the US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with new suppliers and customers, achieving sales quotas, and driving the sales cycle from initial engagement to closure.Employee Benefits:- Eligibility for the annual discretionary bonus plan

Responsibilities:- Explore new customer prospects and assess them according to company criteria
– Manage the complete sales process from initial engagement with the customer to closing the sale
– Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and requirements
– Prepare and deliver proposals
– Conduct cost analysis when necessary
Qualifications:- At least 3 years of experience in retail category management
– A firm grasp of operations and supply chain processes is a prerequisite
– Bilingualism, both written and spoken to support clients outside of Quebec
– Exhibit robust negotiation skills and be self-driven
– Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are required
