The Position

As an Associate Product Manager at Arteria AI, you’ll play an active role in the software development lifecycle of our core product, shaping and executing on our product roadmap, and working closely with our technical and delivery team in the context of our enterprise SaaS platform for digital contracting.
Your role at Arteria AI
- Elicit, analyze and synthesize information provided by stakeholders, and provide solutions that meet business needs and objectives;
- Produce quality deliverables such as business requirements, timelines, processes and workflows, system requirements, test plans, deployments plans, and training plans;
- Participate in the requirements lifecycle with traceability from business requirements to testing;
- Participate in the design and execution of test scenarios and scripts;
- Ensure knowledge transfer to operations teams during or at the end of the project;
- Assist teams on complex issues encountered by product/process users;
- Create product and process documentation that can be used for internal and external purposes; and
- Deliver training to internal stakeholders on product and process documentation.
Requirements
We are hiring for Associate Product Managers with the following experience:
- Experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC);
- 3+ years experience in a technology-focused company, ideally in software;
- Strong experience using agile methodologies/scrum, best practices and critical tools. Experience leading, teaching and mentoring in agile methodologies is a bonus;
- Demonstrated capabilities in technical, business, and UX;
- Experience in client-service settings;
- Strong presentation and organization skills;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent critical thinking skills to breakdown and troubleshoot problems;
- Experience with tools (such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Miro and Jira) to be able to articulate product goals, progress and vision, is considered an asset;
- Prior hands on technical experience is a plus; and
- Past success in developing products and meeting both internal and external deadlines.
