Job Description

As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the entire construction process, ensuring the successful development of Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Full-Cycle Development:
• Bring your expertise in full-cycle mid-rise development, from project initiation to completion.
• Specialization in LTC and Midrise Retirement Homes: (an asset)
• Leverage your experience and understanding of the unique requirements in constructing Long-Term Care and Retirement Homes.
• Project Oversight:
• Take charge of on-site activities, ensuring the project adheres to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Quality Assurance:
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring that every aspect of the project meets or exceeds industry expectations.
• Safety Compliance:
• Uphold and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.

• Proven Experience:
