Adecco is currently hiring a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Greeter to join our client’s team and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who visit the store in Toronto, ON. Your primary responsibility is to provide a positive and inviting experience to everyone who walks through our doors. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring that their visit starts off on the right foot.

- Pay rate: $20.00/hour
- Location: Toronto, ON
- Shifts: 30hour per week /7 days a week availability

Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and manage traffic flow according to occupancy limit of boutique
- Act as ambassador and represent the brand during first client contact
- Manage appointment calendar effectively in cooperation with boutique management
- Help gift wrap
- Keep an eye on the boutique
- Support the achievement of overall boutique sales objectives
- Support boutique team with client presentations and servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients)
- Provide outstanding customer service and memorable client experiences
- Capture client information, consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships and sales by using tools
- Support boutique team to maintain aesthetic standards of the boutique
- Support the team with operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills required
- Previous experience in hospitality industry welcome
- Experience in retail sales a plus, leather or high-end luxury preferred
- Looking for well spoken candidate, someone who is excited, engaging, bubbly, relatively quick learner
- Tech savvy – able to manage queuing & appointment app on iPad
- Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in English, additional language skills a plus
