Main Responsibilities:
Logistics management :
• Coordinate shipments of goods
• Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare all customs files for international shipments.
• Finalize the goods shipping process: Delivery note, Shipping paper, Invoicing.
Customer service :
• Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints proactively.
• Track customer orders and ensure their satisfaction.
Internal Collaboration:
• Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the candidate will work closely with the production, sales and marketing teams to anticipate customer needs.
• Ensure transparent communication with internal departments regarding stock levels and demand forecasts.
Continuous improvement :
• Participate in weekly production meetings with the various directors and coordinators of the company in order to ensure good management of the company and healthy coordination of the different departments
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and customer service.
Required Skills :
• Mastery of French and English, both verbal and written (prerequisite, we work internationally)
• Prior experience in logistics coordination and customer service, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly and make informed decisions.
• Mastery of IT tools and inventory management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of international customs regulations and experience in preparing customs documents.
Working conditions :
Regular working hours 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
Office and warehouse environment.
