About The Role

Join ANDY Transport as a Client Support Specialist, where you’ll nurture strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the seamless delivery of logistics solutions. As the main contact for specific accounts, collaborate with internal teams, optimize transportation plans, and contribute to achieving division targets. Your role involves daily customer communication, prompt issue resolution, and proactive customer satisfaction efforts. Be a key player in our dynamic and collaborative environment, making a meaningful impact in logistics service excellence.

What you’ll do here:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the lead point of contact for assigned accounts
• Identify and seize opportunities for client acquisition and contract expansion
• Oversee customer account management, negotiating rates, contracts, and agreements to maximize profitability
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Plan and execute daily transportation plans, including negotiation and booking of loads
• Assure coverage for the entire fleet of dry van trucks from the US
• Collaborate with teams to reach division targets and assist other divisions when needed
• Respond to customer inquiries, maintain contact throughout order duration, and resolve day-to-day issues
• Communicate with planners and outbound teams daily to optimize trips
• Monitor and collaborate with dispatchers for on-time pickup and delivery, while accurately inputting information into our TMW system
• Other duties may be assigned.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is a plus
• A requirement for bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory for this role
• Proven experience in logistics client support or account management
• Excellent communication in English and French, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong negotiation abilities for contract agreements and rate discussions
• A self-starter with the drive to exceed targets and contribute to the company’s growth
