The Opportunity
NUDESTIX is currently looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and results-driven Trade Marketing Coordinator, to join the Omni-channel Trade Marketing Team in Toronto, Canada. You will provide support in the development and implementation of trade strategies and omni-channel programs to promote our global retailers to increase awareness and conversion.
Reporting to Director of Marketing, this role works cross-functionally across marketing, creative, trade and retail teams to ensure all aspects of Omi channel marketing activities are delivered with excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with retailer’s category and marketing teams to support campaigns, new item launches and critical initiatives, with clear performance benchmarks.
- Responsible for maintaining internal marketing playbooks, trackers, and activity calendars.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and marketing, to align trade efforts with brand and sales strategy and achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate and manage various trade creative content with internal Creative Services team, ensuring that they are executed on time and aligned with the overall brand guidelines.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to in-store events and animations to evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate OMNI programs, sending products to retailers and loyalty programs gift with purchases.
- Support the Trade Marketing Director in preparing all vendor marketing meeting presentations.
- Working with our internal and retailer regulatory teams in registering new launches
- Work with internal social team to support retailer’s platform to drive traffic and increase conversion.
- Negotiate for ongoing visibility and support on retailer’s platform.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree/diploma in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 Years’ experience in related Trade, Digital or Marketing role
- Excellent project management skills to prioritize projects and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strength in negotiating with internal teams and vendors to ensure projects are completed within scope and on budget.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are a self-starter who is detail oriented, organized, motivated, solutions-oriented, creative, and resourceful.
- Passion for beauty industry is a must!
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and visual storytelling (presentation) skills
- Collaborative team player, adept at working with others towards shared objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
