Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities,
Greeting customers in a positive manner, in-person or over the phone
Supporting promotions and facilitate upselling by selling a diverse line of products
Lead a team to ensure excellent customer service is maintained by all
Assisting the Branch Manager with administrative tasks as required
Handling transactions such as sales, returns and defectives efficiently
Ensuring accuracy of customers’ orders when placed
Use the store’s POS to order product, check promotions, and customer accounts
Resolve customer complaints effectively
Requirements,
Completion of High School Diploma or Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience required
2+ years’ experience in the Automotive Parts sector would be well-regarded
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Products
Excellent focus in customer service
Proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends as required
Must be able to stand, bend, walk, reach, throughout the shift
Lifting of heavy equipment up to 50 lbs as required
