Position: Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media-based communication plans, crafting captivating content including posts, blogs, case studies, and white papers.
• Design eye-catching posts to generate excitement and buzz around Hotel Arts Group’s restaurants, hotels, and catering services.
• Create engaging text, image, and video content for social media platforms and other applications.
• Curate compelling internal and external communications by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Attend and photograph events to share memorable moments with our online community.
• Analyze metrics and trends for continuous improvement, providing monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics.
• Stay on top of trends and audience preferences, implementing new strategies to elevate the brand’s presence.
• Establish and manage a Hotel Arts TikTok channel to showcase our unique offerings.
• Engage with customers online, responding to queries and reviews.
• Assist in creating written and visual communications for internal and external customers, supporting our corporate giving strategy.
• Manage swag inventory and order fulfillment to spread the Hotel Arts experience.
• Support the Marketing Team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven 1 – 3 years of experience as a social media coordinator/manager.
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a flair for professional writing and editorial abilities.
• Proficiency in creating creative content, including text, images, and videos.
• Familiarity with design software like CANVA / ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of online marketing strategies and channels.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Preferably, a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related discipline.
• Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
