Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire packages and setting up workspaces
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and special events
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
