Responsibilities
Input and update data into the system accurately and promptly
Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Generate reports and perform data analysis as required
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
Fast typing skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
