Position Summary:

We are looking for a tech savvy Manager to join our Clinic Transformation department within the BC WELL Health portfolio. In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for managing the integration of digital solutions at our primary care clinics. Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clinicians, clinic managers, clinic staff, and patients to implement digital tools that enhance workflow efficiencies within the healthcare space.
• Collaborate with Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Proactively address patient concerns and issues, serving as a point person to escalate and resolve any problems that may arise during the patient journey.
• Develop and support new systems and processes as WELL Health Clinical Shared Services continues to grow and expand.
• Work closely with physicians, clinic managers, and staff on-site and remotely to build strong relationships and trust.
• Measure key performance indicators to evaluate the success of pilot programs and the impact of digital tools on clinic operations.
• Provide regular project status reports to WELL Health leadership.
• Configure, set up, and maintain various digital tools, including Online Bookings, Self-Check-In, Reporting, and Patient Reminders.

Requirements:

• Managing team-members and having strong people management skills
• Project experience in Digital Implementation & assisting in project roll-outs
• Lead Adoption strategies, plans, execution and maintenance
• Proven ability to quickly build strong relationships with clinicians, managers, and staff.
• Experience in leveraging technology to address healthcare challenges in Canada, particularly in clinic modernization and digital implementation, will be considered favorably.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (high EQ).
• Proficiency with Help Scout, RingCentral, Microsoft 365, KPI Metrics, PowerBi, and Smartsheets.
• Openness to feedback, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace ambiguity and change are essential for this role.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and a background in healthcare settings are preferred (though not mandatory).
• Have reliable Transportation

Hybrid: 25% Remote and 75% Onsite

The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization. At WELL, we believe in fair and equitable compensation, and our goal is to offer a competitive salary that reflects the value and expertise of the selected candidate.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000CAD
