Our IT department is looking for an intern to provide level 1 support to users. You will be able to use your knowledge and learn from a passionate and experienced IT team that will make your integration a priority. Join Creaform, we will have fun working together!

You’ll be responsible for

• Performing level 1 support for all IT requests.
• Performing level 2 support for office automation and software requests.
• Performing computer setup and configuration for employees.
• Escalating unresolved issues to the network or systems team.

Your projects will lead you to

• Identify the causes and correct software and hardware problems;
• Write solutions to known problems in the knowledge base;
• Maintain the ticket system by closing tickets that no longer require support;
• Perform user account creation for employees;
• Maintain computer inventory;
• Prepare equipment for equipment loan requests;
• Prepare and communicate bulletins to impacted employees in the event of an incident;
• Prepare and communicate bulletins to impacted employees in the event of an incident; Conduct employee training on computer processes and procedures;
• Prepare and receive purchase requisitions in the accounting system;
• Prepare and return defective equipment to suppliers;
• Ensure the proper functioning of the printer fleet and conference room equipment.

You will feel at home if you

• Has a background in computer science;
• Is bilingual (French, English);
• Has a strong interest in customer support and user training;
• Has worked with a ticketing system before;
• Has done programming and/or business process analysis
• Can manage the set up and troubleshoot of computers;
• Is familiar with the ITIL approach;
• Has participated in IT projects;
• Knows IT systems such as: TeamViewer, Windows, Office, Windows Imaging Service, Skype, VNC, Softphone.
