We are a team within the People & Culture department that drives and facilitates decision making, clarity and/or optimization of: P&C Enterprise Strategy, P&C Operating Model, P&C Operational Planning (Multi-Year, In-Year, Quarterly), P&C Budget and Investment Portfolio, P&C Department Engagement & Communications.
a day in the life
Reporting into the Director, P&C Strategic Operations & Planning, this role plays a critical part in enabling our P&C Strategic Operational Planning Processes to ensure that we are focused on the right work, at the right time, with the right investment & resourcing to support. In addition, this role will be leaning into supporting our P&C Operating Model Evolution initiative over the next 12-18 months, and then supporting the ongoing sustainment.

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $98,300 – $129,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
