YOUR ROLE

Squeeze is looking for a Production Assistant to support the Production Coordinators in organizing and monitoring the production of his feature films and animated series. In collaboration with the Coordinator and under the supervision of the Producer, this person will ensure the smooth running of the production. This is a temporary position for a period of 12 months.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing dailies and rounds;
• Plan the meetings;
• Take notes during production meetings and then writes detailed minutes;
• Participate in meetings with the client or with the team (internal dailies) and add comments in Shotgrid, under the supervision of the coordinator assigned to the department concerned;
• Maintain the production schedule set up by the coordinator or project manager;
• Replace the coordinator during vacations;
• Any other related duties to assist the team of coordinators and producers in the smooth running of the project.

• Bilingual (French and English).

YOU HAVE

• 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in the field of animation and visual effects;
• Good knowledge of a pre-rendered production pipeline and the work done by the different departments ;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the Google suite;
• Good knowledge of Shotgrid.
