The Role

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new B2B client relationships, ensuring a genuine and client-centered approach from the first interaction.
- Nurture existing leads: Work closely with the Marketing Director to connect with and nurture existing leads being generated from marketing efforts, fostering a seamless transition from marketing efforts to relationship building.
- CRM Management and Reporting: Efficiently manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information. Share regular, insightful reports with the team, providing valuable data for strategic decision-making and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, employing a negotiation style rooted in client needs and desires, leading to the successful closure of deals.
- Proposal Creation and Delivery: Actively participate in the creation and delivery of compelling proposals, ensuring client engagement and commitment.
- Client Relationship Nurturing: Cultivate existing client relationships, emphasizing long-term engagement and satisfaction, ensuring the longevity of the account.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of company offerings, contributing to the profitability and boosting Lifetime Customer Value (LCV) and retention.
- Networking and Brand Representation: Network effectively to represent the brand, elevating our presence in the market and expanding our reach.
- Core Values Embodiment: Embody the values of empathy, emotional intelligence, and leadership in every interaction, fostering a client-centered and growth-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Community College, Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business, or even equivalent experience.
- Background in Customer Success, Social Selling or Sales.
- 3+ years of sales experience, especially business sales B2B.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM tools or Sales Tracking processes.
- Experience in leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in Relationship Management.
- Knowledge of the Coaching & Consulting Industry would be considered a strong asset.
