EMPLOYD GROUP Looking for Construction Project Manager at Scarborough, Ontario, Canada Full Time

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion for one of our clients in Scarborough ON

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Manage and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other staff members.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans and schedules as needed to ensure project goals are met.
• Review and approve project expenses, invoices, and other financial documents.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate as appropriate.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
• Experience with project management software
• Ability to manage and supervise project teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
