Job Description – Sales Support Team – Administrator:
- Process Mortgage Applications in Filogix and create profiles in database
- Prepare Mortgage Compliance documents and audit files once signed
- Reception back up – answer all incoming calls, and respond to caller’s inquiries in a positive, professional manner
- Pick up and sort internal mail
- Arrange meeting room schedule and bookings
- Update phone and distribution lists
- Maintain and update internal Lender Rate database
- Appraisals– order, follow up and review appraisal reports in accordance to the lenders policies
- Assist with monthly Marketing emails
- Order Marketing material
- Assist in event planning and execution
