We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager Team to live and work at one of our properties in Surrey. This position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and some on-call evenings.
This position would require you to work with the partner you apply with and share a two-bedroom apartment suite.
What We Offer To Employees
- Base compensation range is $41,000 – $45,000 per person. This includes:

Assistant Resident Manager s play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities Of An Assistant Resident Manager
- Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, lobbies and social rooms)
- Minor maintenance repairs (unclogging drains, repairing pipes or rehanging cabinet doors)
- Preparing apartments for new residents (verify repairs, test appliances and painting)
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
- Responding to on-call requests
Requirements Of An Assistant Resident Manager
- Cleaning experience (maintain high standards of hygiene and order)
- Basic maintenance skills (minor plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs)
- Strong customer service skills
- Fire prevention knowledge
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Previous construction experience (an asset)
