The Year End Coordinator is responsible for providing clients application support to clients using the platform, specifically for Year End issues. The Year End Coordinator will investigate, research, document and provide timely status updates and resolution to client’s inquiries.
The Year End Coordinator will be able to communicate and work within a team setting effectively as they will regularly interact with other teams within Broadridge such as, Product, Development, Technical Services and Operations departments to resolve issues.
