About Our Client
As an ICI Superintendent with expertise in midrise seniors residences, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the full cycle of new build development in Burlington. The project is currently underway, and we anticipate the start of the second phase, involving an additional 6+ storey retirement residence, in mid-summer.
Job Description
- Manage and supervise the construction site, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met
- Oversee the full cycle of midrise development, with a focus on new build construction
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Utilize your 7-10 years of experience to drive the successful completion of the current project and prepare for the upcoming phase
- Demonstrate proficiency with construction management software, with a preference for familiarity with Fieldwire
- Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment

The Successful Applicant
- 7-10 years of experience in ICI construction, ideally with a focus on midrise seniors residences
- Proven track record in new build, full cycle, midrise development
- Familiarity with construction management software, particularly Fieldwire, is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple priorities
- Located in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge (KWC), Hamilton, or Brantford regions and able to commute to Bulrington
What’s on Offer
- Salary: $140,000 to $150,000 per year
