Organizational Development Assistant
The Organizational Development Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, People and Organization Development and a team of five. The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and supporting various scheduled meetings, organizational development events, programs and activities within or supported by the department, along with the documentation, tracking and reporting of such activities. Regular college wide communication, promotion, scheduling and booking of events within the Learning Management System along with the gathering and analyzing of data and metrics for reports and presentations is required.
The incumbent is responsible for the administration, coordination and governance of educational/tuition assistance and professional development leave applications, along with the tracking, communication and reporting of these programs. Responsibilities include keeping the intranet current with active links and timely information.
Regular review of the departmental budget with a focus on processing requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, tracking expenditures, and ensuring alignment to procurement practices and budget plan, are monthly expectations.
The incumbent would be responsible for the coordination, administration, communication and tracking completion of the Employee Performance Management functions for Faculty and Support Employees.
This position requires significant attention to detail, highly developed communication and client service skills, technical aptitude, and discretion in handling confidential information to support people and organizational development.
