Arch Staffing and Consulting has joined forces with a global renewable energy company, a leading provider of integrated energy solutions from solar, wind, and biomass power. We’re on the lookout for candidates to fill the remaining spots in the dynamic role of a General Laborer.

As a General Laborer, your responsibilities will include working in manufacturing areas, handling routine tasks like labeling, stacking, packing, wiping, or assembling finished goods. Each task will be directed by the Supervisor to support Production needs, ensuring a safe work environment.
Work Model: 5 days on-site Location: Drumheller
Pay: $24 per hour Contract Period: Time Validity
Preferably seeking candidates with electrical experience.
Shifts Available: Morning shift, Monday to Friday.
Essential Responsibilities
- Installing racking systems and solar panels
- Using hand tools, both manual and powered, for installing racking and modular components
- Inspecting solar panel racking components
- Assisting with site upkeep and cleaning as required
- Team collaboration and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to readily accept and apply direction from supervision
- On-the-job training provided as needed
- Workers may be considered for additional roles as the project progresses
To be considered for this role, here are the skills we’re looking for:
- Fluent English communication skills
- Prior construction/trades experience is an asset
- High school diploma
- Valid class 5 license and/or reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Willingness to learn and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Good health and physical fitness
- Familiarity with the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
