Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller at Kia of Brockville, located in Brockville, ON. The Controller will be responsible for managing the accounting and financials of the dealership. This includes maintaining the general ledger, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, monitoring inventory, and overseeing payroll.
Qualifications
- Accounting, Finance, or Business degree
- CPA designation or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with automotive industry accounting is a plus
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service experience is a plus
