The Vice President, Digital Health Marketplace Leader is the business line leader accountable for strategy and financial performance of the Digital Health practice within Healthtech as well as people and client satisfaction within this business line. These responsibilities extend from the development of the budget through to the practice’s achievement of growth goals and people engagement.
The Vice President is responsible for identifying growth opportunities and developing solutions to proactively react to their changing market. They are expected to perform as the subject matter expert to develop and execute client solutions and to oversee and grow a team of leaders and consultants, including overseeing consultant hiring, placement and career development within the practice.
The Vice President supports Healthtech’s National growth strategy through sales leadership and co-leadership with Healthtech President and other business line leaders of a cross business line sales function
The Vice President is a Trusted advisor and content deep digital health executive to Healthtech clients, building strong client relationships in the areas relevant to their signature issues and solution focus, bringing thought leadership and industry content to our clients as a senior representative of Healthtech, collaborating with Business Line executives to match solutions to meet client needs, leading and supporting business opportunities in their area of focus, and exploring new opportunities within existing clients and new clients to expand Healthtech and Nordic’s brand and services.
The Vice President will also be a member of the Healthtech Executive Leadership Team (ELT). With demonstrated skills and experience working within the Canadian health system in a senior leadership capacity, the Vice President must also have industry recognized subject matter expertise in digital health services. This must include, but is not limited to, digital health strategy, data and analytics, cloud services, interoperability, and back-office transformation in health care.
