COMPENSATION: $56,806 – $72,368 Annually Prorated

To help fulfill our mission, LOFT is hiring a Business Analyst.
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Business Analyst you will be part of the team implementing the new Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, you will work closely with the project team and clinical staff to document processes and requirements, standardize clinical workflows, monitor and report on project tasks, and develop training and communication materials. You will play a critical role in understanding and tracking business requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of the new system across the organization.
