Compensation: $19.35 / hour to start and $22.50 / hour after 65 shifts are completed as per collective agreement

Principal Accountabilities
Ensuring food safety and quality
Maintaining a safe work environment
Supporting roles in the case ready meat process
Assisting Machine Operator
Picking, sorting, labeling, bagging, boxing, packing, pushing, pulling and lifting product weighing 20lbs – 60lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
Working with raw meat particularly but not limited to Beef, Pork and Chicken
Ability to work in temperature controlled environments (Cold 0-4 Celsius)
Performing repetitive labour in a fast-paced environment
Cleanliness and housekeeping
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Must be currently legal to work in Canada
Must be comfortable with picking, sorting, labeling, bagging, boxing and packing meat products
Must be able to push, pull and lift product weighing 20lbs – 60lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
