In accordance with the Temporary Librarian, Administrative and Professional Officer (TLAPO) Agreement , this position is an initial appointment of 2 years and offers a comprehensive benefits package found at Faculty & Staff Benefits and annual salary range of $63,090 – $105,189.
Location – This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in person with on site work taking place at North Campus, Edmonton.

The College of Health Sciences brings together the combined strength of all our health sciences Faculties and schools, enabling a new level of interdisciplinary health science research and teaching that advances the full spectrum of human health and wellness in individuals and communities around the world. It is comprised of six faculties, over 700 faculty members and 7,200 undergraduate and graduate students.
Position Summary
The College of Health Sciences coordinates interdisciplinary learning activities in collaboration with representatives from each of the health science faculties. The Education Developer will oversee and coordinate the learning activities for core interdisciplinary programming, including a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree. This role requires the incumbent to utilize their knowledge and experience in designing, developing and delivering educational programming. They will be an excellent communicator working with the faculties to adapt and incorporate varied disciplinary perspectives in interdisciplinary learning initiatives.
Duties
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): content frame working, storyboarding, core content design, and the identification of activities, interactives, assessments, and multimedia to enrich the learning experience. Additionally, the Educational Developer ensures quality across every experience, compliance with academic freedom and accessibility standards, and collaboration with partners to ensure Indigenous Initiatives and EDI are at the forefront of and represented across all programming.
