As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, conducting in-person property showings and assisting with the leasing process. Balancing the needs of property owners and tenants, you’ll strive to meet occupancy and rental targets. You’ll also contribute to a positive office atmosphere, and uphold the company’s image through your activities. Leasing Agents are an essential part of our dynamic team, primarily responsible for the leasing of our diverse portfolio of properties.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a deep understanding of the local rental market. This role requires you to be a proficient multitasker, organized, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
