Legacy Co-op is hiring a Student Agro Clerk for our Yorkton Agro Centre.

What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for delivering legendary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here” through:
– Cashiering – processing transactions through the Point of Sale system
– Yard duties – load customer orders, operate forklift, dispense propane.
– Stocking – Unload freight, stock and face products within the store and yard.
– General Agro duties – interior/exterior housekeeping and maintenance, opening/closing procedures.

Who you are:
You are interested in customer service and working in a Hardware/Agro store and:
– You have a valid class 5 driver’s licence.
– Power Mobile Equipment Certificate (willing to train).
– Willing to obtain a Propane Dispenser Certificate.
– You have retail experience in the areas of customer service, Agro products, point of sale operation, and merchandising.
– You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 60 lbs, climb ladders and kneel.
– You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including evenings, holidays and weekends.
– You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
– You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
