Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively understand project needs and objectives.
• Assist in the planning and development of projects to ensure successful execution.
• Support project coordination and management activities.
• Conduct research to gather relevant information as required.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing purchase orders, estimates, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
• Track and report on project progress.
• Efficiently complete assigned tasks from the Project Manager within specified deadlines.

Qualification:

• Diploma or degree in Management, Business, Construction, Architecture Technician, or Project Management Certification is an asset.
• 2-5 years of industry experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter who thrives in a team environment and performs well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive (Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Project (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Alberta Building Code is an asset.
