Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. Looking for Marketing Communications Specialist at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Position Objective

Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Communications, the Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting in the areas of campaign planning, web and social platforms content management, and marketing performance analysis.

Primary Responsibilities

Branded websites/digital channels:

• Content management of owned digital platforms: Porsche.ca, My Porsche website and app, Social Media channels
• Collaborate with Porsche AG counterparts and PCL’s stakeholders to ensure timely release of relevant website content. Ensure content and product releases are relevant and adapted to the Canadian market
• Maintain the My Porsche website and app to ensure all content updates are accurate, relevant and support current business/marketing objectives
• Coordinate content collection from all relevant stakeholders for the monthly eNewsletter that is sent to Porsche Canada’s subscriber base
• Produce monthly performance KPI dashboard for evaluation and analysis

Social Media

• Support the development of Porsche Canada’s overall social media strategy, social content creation/planning, monthly social calendar and platform performance analysis for Instagram and LinkedIn accounts with the support of marketing agency partner
• Work with agencies to develop social media influencer strategy and launch content activations throughout the year based on business priorities
• Grow UGC library, manage online community, and monitor all social media platforms with support from social media agency
• Produce monthly performance KPI evaluation and analysis

Campaigns And Other Tasks

• Coordinate campaign briefings, feedback consolidation, CI check, content, and legal review/approvals for all assets of PCL’s advertising campaign
• Maintain relationship with internal stakeholders and with the support of the marcomm team, consult on marketing topics as it relates to KPIs and objectives for their respective lines of businesses
• Support marketing team with various tasks which includes but is not limited to RFPs, project management, and invoice processing
• Monitor Digital Campaign performance and work with agencies to optimize result
• Coordinate advertising content and ensure local adapted versions are provided to Porsche Centres via online marketing portal
• Maintain showroom digital signage content for all Canadian Porsche Centres and ensure all content is relevant and up to date

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline

Experience

• Previous relevant experience in Marketing in the automotive industry or marketing premium brands

Skills

• Intermediate French
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Good knowledge of social media channels, including Instagram and LinkedIn
• Experience working with social media management tools
• Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics reporting platform
