Project Coordinator – Permanent Full-Time
Reporting to the Senior Director, Construction and Facilities, the Project Coordinator will work closely with project team members and assist to deliver major organizational projects efficiently. The Project Coordinator will manage the project administrative tasks, assist with procurement preparation, preliminary budget and schedule preparation, manage coordination of drawings, construction contract administrative duties, and communication support. As such, a Project Coordinator candidate must have design and construction experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, and experience working on multiple projects for multiple Project Managers.
