Title: Administrative Assistant
Salary: $55,208 – $59,593
Contract: Permanent.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Location: Vancouver, B.C. (Sinclair or Park Royal Offices) Please note, this role may be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after April 2024.

About The Role
As an Administrative Assistant you will support office functions and activities through the provision of a full range of administrative support and services. You’ll work independently and assist with carrying out processes, procedures special assignments with minimal supervision. In this role, you’ll develop broad experience, skills and knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and practices.

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.

We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
