Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Hamilton, ON
Type of Employment: Full-Time – Monday to Friday 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
What to Expect
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and investigate various reports ie OS&d , night operations report , dispatch report, no scans report , missing scans report
- Advise customers of delays ie weather delays
- Ensure all priority alerts or specials are on-time
- Trace shipments
- Provide verbal POD’s
- Coordinate specials or samedays
- Maintain designated customer accounts
- Knowledge of designated accounts, i.e. Product, customer expectations
- Enter pick ups via email and phone calls
- Respond to customer enquires via email and phone calls within a 20-minute turn around time
- Check messages left in CS mailbox and return clients calls
- * Any additional duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and French
- Good computer skills in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
