We are an inbound only (no sales) call centre looking for strong bilingual candidates to become part of our growth initiative.
We are hiring only fully bilingual French/English candidates to work flexible evening and weekend shifts. This is a permanent full time (40 hours/week) position.
Who We Are and What We do…
On Call Centre is an inbound message centre that is open 24/7/365 days a year. There are no sales or marketing calls.
Strong fluency in both French and English, written and spoken is REQUIRED
Shift Premiums
- Mon-Fri evening shift premium $1/hour
- Weekend shift premium from $1.50/hour
- Bi-Weekly Performance Bonus
We are looking for candidates who…
- Have a current/valid police check.
- Have 2+ years experience in customer service (call centre preferable)
- Have strong attendance and is punctual.
- Must have a quiet non-interrupted workspace to work from home.
- Must have a Windows computer and high speed internet. Your router must be plugged directly into your work computer. You cannot work over wi-fi.
Only those who qualify will be contacted by email for an interview.
You must submit your availability to be considered.
Successful candidates are then selected for a Zoom based interview and will also be required to do testing. Candidates attending the interview will complete linguistic (spelling/translation) and comprehension tests to evaluate their knowledge of various terminology covering all types of industries, in both official languages, as well as evaluate their current knowledge of local street names, business names and spelling of common persons’ names.
Social distancing measures are strictly followed. In camera training will take place over Zoom.
