Job Description: As the Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for various tasks aimed at ensuring the clinic’s daily operations run smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include:
Answering and returning calls, explaining the services offered
Coordinating appointments in alignment with professionals’ schedules
Confirming appointments
Welcoming clients with quality customer service to foster a positive experience
Managing emails and sending documents to clients
Drafting various documents, such as letters, forms, and correspondence, and note-taking
General office tasks, including faxing, copying, and scanning
Filing and archiving documents for easy access
Keeping records up-to-date
Managing supplies and orders
