Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Foreman located in Langley, BC. The Site Foreman will be responsible for leading and supervising construction staff and subcontractors at the worksite, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, overseeing heavy equipment operations, communicating with clients, and performing carpentry and maintenance tasks. The Site Foreman will also plan, implement, and monitor construction schedules to ensure timely completion of the project.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Strong Leadership abilities
- Experience with Heavy Equipment operations
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficient in Carpentry and Maintenance work
- Ability to interpret and read blueprints and technical diagrams related to construction projects
- Knowledge of construction management processes and procedures
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A diploma in Construction Management, Carpentry or a related field, is considered an asset.
