After-Sales Manager at our Alexandria and Pointe-Claire Plants to join our team.
WHAT’S THE JOB?
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Status: Full Time, permanent
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for in this role
The After-Sales Manager is a key member of the management team, responsible for overseeing the entire after-sales service for our products and services. The incumbent will oversee all customer service interactions, reports, and repairs. A company’s reputation can be determined by the quality and level of service they receive from their After-Sales Department.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales service
- Develop strategies to improve the processes and level of service provided by the after-sales service department
- Supervise and manage after-sales service staff and ensure that quality and service standards are met as well as team goals
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback trends to identify and resolve frequent problems
- Work with Quality Department and Production Department to resolve reoccurring issues
- Manage stocks and inventories of spare parts and products
- Negotiate contracts with service technicians to ensure a high level of service is met with third party vendors
- Write and update procedures and instructions for the management and use of products and services
- Establish and monitor KPI’s
- Design procedures and documents to encourage problem solving and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal departments and Sales
- Attend a weekly Management meeting and be responsible to update department’s progress
