We are currently looking for a motivated Receptionist/Data Administrator to work out of our Cambridge, Ontario facility. This position is permanent part time (30-32 hours / week), with potential for Full Time hours down the road. Competitive compensation and benefits available. The incumbent will have excellent organizational skills and excels in customer service. The successful candidate will have a professional demeanor, and the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
This position will be responsible for answering the phones, directing calls as appropriate, and greeting guests upon arrival. This position will also ensure correct and accurate data is entered for all areas of operations as well as a support for management and other staff.
In addition to the Receptionist duties this position will assist with;
- Generating invoices for all shipments, and processing invoices
- Process credit card charges
- Maintain files monthly/quarterly/annually as needed
- Daily sales report
- Preparing documentation and packaging for courier services
- Support HR and S&R department where necessary
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- 1 – 3 years in an office environment, preferably previous receptionist/finance experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
- Detail Oriented, Self-starter
