• Prepare periodic financial statements and working papers for various financial endeavors.
• Actively support routine audits, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Conduct regular reconciliations for diverse accounts, including receivables, payables, and intercompany transactions.
• Generate journal entries for various transactions, covering cash, debt, tax, management fees, and expenses.
• Execute month-end closing procedures, including consolidations and eliminations.
• Prepare funding calls and distributions to limited partners.
• Manage wire and intercompany cash transfers; oversee monthly bank reconciliations.
• Develop schedules for reports, ensuring alignment with financial information.
• Provide timely responses to queries from investors.
• Establish effective communication channels with various stakeholders.
• Play a key role in special projects as needed.
• Undertake administrative responsibilities, including assisting with documentation.
• Track and update project milestones, particularly in construction financing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting & Finance.
• 2-3 years of experience in a related role within financial services or investments.
• Strong technical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Robust interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel & Word; willingness to learn new software applications.
• Proven track record of effective time management and prioritization skills.
